Get-FasMsCertificateAuthority¶
Synopsis¶
Retrieve information about the Microsoft Certificate Authorities installed in the domain.
Syntax¶
Get-FasMsCertificateAuthority [-Address <String>] [-Default <Boolean>] [<CommonParameters>]
Description¶
This commandlet retrieves information about the Microsoft Certificate Authorities installed in the domain.
The information returned for each Certificate Authority is: - The unique identifying addresses of the CA - An "IsDefault" flag indicating if this is the default (or "primary") CA in the domain - An "IsAccessible" flag indicating if the CA can be accessed - The templates published on the CA (but only if the CA is accessible)
The CA may not be accessible either because the user running this cmdlet does not have permission, or because the CA could not be contacted. The IsAccessible flag is provided to distinguish between a CA which is publishing no templates, and a CA which cannot be accessed. Note that the IsDefault flag is for informational purposes only, and does not have any effect on the functioning of FAS.
