Returns a Citrix Call Home upload token that can then be used by Start-CitrixCallHomeUpload to upload to the Citrix Insight Services.

This cmdlet returns a Citrix Call Home upload token that can then be used by Start-CitrixCallHomeUpload to upload to the Citrix Insight Services.
